DISEASSES´S LEARNING THROUGH ENGLISH DIDACTICS AND LITERACY

Introducción

 
INTRODUCTION
 
How can literacy help humanity to take advantage of knowing a few more about some catastrophic diseases and advance within the knowledge of every scientific article, or some related ad in the newspaper, or magazine, can offer us?  All of them play a vital role in people's lives.  Some types of diseases like infectious diseases, deficiency diseases, hereditary diseases, and physiological diseases have made part of the health world of humanity.   Knowing more about these topics,  how to treat them, how to increase wellness, will help people to be free of their ignorance, so, just a well-known pedagogue Freire,  “No one knows everything and no one knows nothing; no-one educates anyone, no-one educates himself alone, people educate each other, mediated by the world”  In other words,  people act in ways appropriate to the situation and the words well used can do good talking about the proper disease management.   So, in this WebQuest, the intention is to pretend to give students a task that will allow them to use their imagination, and use their communicative competence in solving problems using their skills, discovering and creating, using all the information that literacy can spread.
