.Students will review and conduct their own investigation regarding the Restored Republic of Mexico after the French Intervention and the process of the Porfiriato.

.SESSION 1 AND 2
The French Intervention
1. Students will read pg 35 in their History of Mexico e-book to review our last class and assignment.
2. An open forum to share what they had already investigated on their own in the last assignment in EDMODO.
3. What do you know about Porfirio Diaz?
4. Ask at least 3 adults if Porfirio Diaz was a hero to Mexico or a foe (enemy).
